Duties Help Serves as Systems Specialist. The incumbent plans, coordines and performs a variety of very complex assignments with a high degree of independence from supervision. Provides the highest organizional level of technical support associed with the most complex systems for which the FAA is responsible. Represents the organizion as a primary technical point of contact on projects, programs and other work activities. Responsibilities include the integrion, restorion, testing and evaluion of new advanced services or service components, hardware/software systems and processes, Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to protect the integrity of all components and systems to provide NAS service delivery. Demonstres the ability to interpret, select and apply principles and practices reled to the knowledge of scientific and engineering fields. Collabores with system users, planners, engineers and contractor personnel for acceptance of new or modified systems and provides assistance for resolving problems with the installion of improvements.
