Publications mission at Redstone Arsenal. This is the largest single labor category on the contract and the role that drives the throughput numbers reported on monthly Government deliverables. The Senior Logistician develops RPSTL recommendations, reviews Engineering Change Proposals and Design Change Notices, leads Forms Management Stream execution (DA Form 2028 / MEO disposition), and validates technical manuals across Army aviation and missile sustainment platforms including Cargo, Gray Eagle, PATRIOT, and Javelin. The Contracting Officer has specifically asked for senior personnel with demonstrated forms management depth. Primary Responsibilities Lead Forms Management Stream execution — review, research, evaluate, and dispose of DA Form 2028s at the team target of approximately 30 per month. Review, analyze, and incorporate Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) at the team target of approximately 40 per month, ensuring engineering changes are accurately reflected in affected Equipment Publications. Develop Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTL) illustrations and parts listings in generation breakdown order. Prepare changes and revisions to RPSTLs, TMs, and other Equipment Publications reflecting approved ECPs, DCNs, DA Form 2028s, PCRs, and Letters of Instruction (LOIs). Participate in hardware physical teardowns of assigned weapon systems for TM development, evaluation, validation, and verification. Develop, review, update, and edit draft AMCOM-proponent Equipment Publications including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans per
AR 700-127.
Contribute to the Technical Manual Development Stream by supporting the 25-30 manual reviews per month workload against military standards. Cross-reference publication content against Army logistics databases (LMP, LSAR, WEBFLIS, MEARS, CCSS, FedLog, STARPUBS). Provide accurate person-hours reporting by labor category supporting monthly
