Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with recipe execution Participate in meal preparation for various service types, including catering and special events Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or clients, maintaining a positive dining experience Use knife skills and culinary techniques to prepare ingredients accurately and safely Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly valued Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality environment Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential Experience in menu planning, catering, or fine dining settings will be advantageous Strong knife skills and meal preparation capabilities are preferred Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with attention to detail Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary field is desirable Join us and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
