ALL Shifts Machine Operators NEEDED

JOB TITLE

Brake, Turret, Stamping, Spot Weld and Robot Weld Operators 1st

SHIFT -6

00 am until 4:30 pm Monday thru Thursday (4) 10-hour days OT available (But not required). 2nd

SHIFT- 4

40pm until 3:10am Monday thru Thursday (4) 10-hour days OT available (But not required). Weekend

SHIFT -5

00 am until 5;30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday (3) 12-hour days (work 36, get paid for 40. OT Available (But not required.)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Sets up and operates various machines Includes; loading and unloading tools, loading and securing blanks, operating the machine control, maintenance of the machine, running parts per customer drawing, deburring parts while in production, performing secondary operations on punched parts. This job description reflects the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required, based upon business needs, at any time with or without notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job. Need to have twelve inch calipers that will pass calibration testing. Good math skills. Understanding of measurements and fractions. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Blue print reading skills are desired. Knowledge of (punch & die clearances, material bend allowances, and die radius for proper bending of material). Able to read and understand production drawings. Also must be open to working overtime hours when necessary.

PHYSCIAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations. 3 SHIFTS
