HSuGM Essential Functions:

Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems. Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes. Who Qualifies? Required Skills/Abilities:

1+ years' experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred. (different for Iowa postings) Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder. Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher. Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach). Strong mechanical aptitude. Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely. Acquire and maintain required certifications. Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops). Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
