Salary Range:

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Lead and inspire Agency Sales and Customer Retention Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc Foster lasting relationships with new business sources, clients and prospects Expand Agency referral programs Manage Customer Service, office operations and administration .
