Pennsauken, NJ•Cast House Facility About the Role Western Extrusions is seeking a Billet Saw Operator to join our new Cast House department. This role supports aluminum remelting operations that feed critical manufacturing processes used in industries such as transportation, solar, and construction. Position Summary The Billet Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating the log saw and related equipment to cut, stack, and load aluminum logs while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Operate log saw, overhead crane, stacking systems, and forklift as needed Cut, stack, and load aluminum logs per production specifications Verify order details, cut length, and tolerances prior to operation Document good and scrapped logs accurately Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or safety concerns immediately Maintain production flow and support scrap/material handling as needed Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and

quality standards Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned Schedule & Pay 4x4 rotating schedule (4 days on / 4 days off) Must be available for weekends and overtime Shift assigned after training completion Day Shift (6:00 AM•6:00 PM): $23.25/hr Night Shift (6:00 PM•6:00 AM): $24.25/hr Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred Forklift and/or crane experience strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/noisy plant environment Strong attention to detail and safety focus Ability to work independently and in a team setting Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Overtime opportunities Growth within a high-demand manufacturing environment Our facility is located at Western 9000 River Rd, Pennsauken, NJ 08110.
