Drive the AMU team and coordinate interaction with the Support Functions to deliver the Manufacturing KPIs

Responsible for the whole resources and production lines of 1 AMU What am I expected to deliver, and what are my main tasks

• Strive for 0 accident
• Drive shop floor transformation
• Coach AMU team in new mindset and behaviors
• Manage the technical means and the resources to deliver the KPIs
• Deliver specific business objectives on OEE improvements, multi-skilling, flexible manning, … where change management is required
• Produce scorecards and dashboards on a selection of relevant KPIs
• Identify opportunities and create solutions for elimination of losses/waste
• Exchange good practices with the other AMU Managers
• Continuously assess and improve the working processes inside the Manufacturing area as well as in the interaction with the Support Functions With whom do I need to collaborate to get the job done?
