ANALISTA JR DE INTELIGENCIA DE NEGOCIOS
Objetivo del puesto Análisis y explotación de los datos proveídos por las encuestas de clientes y datos de monitoreo, realizando informes que permitan la elaboración de conclusiones estratégicas para la toma de decisiones asegurando de esta manera la satisfacción y experiencia positiva del cliente en los procesos, negocio, frontline y/o proyectos implementados o a implementarse. Experiencia laboral y educación
Experiencia:
Un año o más en áreas relacionadas al cliente. Área: preferible en Administración, Análisis de Sistemas, Informática o similar. Educación: Estudiante universitario de la carrera de Administración, Análisis de Sistemas, Ing. Informática o similar. Inglés: Intermedio Conocimientos Específicos Excel avanzado, Capacidad analítica, Negociación Productos y Servicios / Nuevas Tecnologías Conocimiento avanzado de SQL Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes Extraer datos requeridos por la unidad y transformarlos en información útil para optimizar el proceso de toma de decisiones Análisis de datos generados por la unidad de monitoreo para identificar: Motivos de Reclamos, Consultas y Solicitudes de todas las Unidades de Negocio y Canales Análisis y seguimiento de Reclamos e identificación de voces, causas y oportunidades de mejora (errores) Análisis y seguimiento de KPIs de Calidad con foco en Satisfacción, Trámite Fácil y Resolución e identificación de voces, causas y oportunidades de mejora (errores) Oportunidades de mejora para hacer el trámite más fácil al cliente o al asesor de atención Proveer información accionable al especialista de Customer Experience o a quien lo necesitare a fin de concluir acciones tacticas y/o estratégicas en conjunto con las unidades afectadas. Proveer informacion RUICA en tiempo y forma. Puntualidad. Obtención de información fidedigna de todas las fuentes que utiliza para emitir informes para la toma de decisiones (asegurarse que las encuestas de Satisfacción se generen, que los cubos tengan información actualizada, etc). Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector.
