Role:

This Workday Analyst will play a key role in optimizing our HR, payroll, and financial processes through the Workday platform. As a Workday Business Analyst, you will support and partner with all departments to identify business needs, provide technical solutions, reporting, security administration, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the technical teams, providing expertise on the Workday platform. Analyze current business processes and workflows related to HR, payroll, finance, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Workday. Configure and maintain Workday modules, including core HR, payroll, talent management, recruiting, time tracking, and others as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Workday to meet business needs. Conduct data analysis, reporting, and provide insights to inform decision-making. Create and maintain detailed documentation for Workday configurations, processes, procedures, and audit requirements. Troubleshoot Workday-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Assist in Workday system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionalities. Train and support end-users on Workday functionality, offering guidance on best practices. Stay current with Workday updates and new features to recommend enhancements to optimize system performance. Some travel may be required.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with Workday modules, including configuration and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and finance business processes. Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and experience in building reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
