If you're looking for a rewarding career, apply with us today! Job DescriptionThe Analytical Day 1 Chemist supports clinical testing of pharmaceutical products and contributes to maintaining high-quality laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting clinical testing of pharmaceutical productsGathering, documenting, and reviewing analytical data and test resultsEnsuring test results comply with established standards and reporting quality anomaliesComplying with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsCompleting test records and reviewing supporting documentationCalibrating instruments or verifying calibration prior to useMaintaining laboratory supplies and general lab organizationParticipating in required training activitiesInteracting with outside customers and internal functional teamsAssisting with method qualification and validation as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent directly related experienceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipExperience with HPLC, LC-MS, and/or UV-Vis spectroscopy strongly preferredPosition level will be determined based on education and experienceAdditional InformationThe position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with the hours of 8am- 4:30pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, New York, are encouraged to apply.
