Job Description

Opportunity:
Physician -
Hematology/Oncology Job Details:
Work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call responsibilities 3 days per week preferred schedule with flexibility for alternating shifts See approximately 15 patients per day in a low-volume, solo provider setting 60% hematology and 40% oncology patient mix Approximately 20% new patients and 80% follow-up visits Participate in tumor board meetings Work with APP support and collaborate with 3 physicians at connected location Utilize Meditech EMR system Standard medical oncology supervision model for infusion services High-acuity cases such as acute leukemias are referred to tertiary centers One APP on-site daily to assist with follow-ups and supportive care visits Dedicated oncology-trained RNs support infusion services during hours Outpatient clinic/private practice setting Board certification required in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology Must have recent patient-facing experience
