Anodize/Plating Tech

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Anodize, Plating Technician and/or heat treating tech to join our manufacturing team. The Technician will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and finishing of metal parts using anodizing and plating techniques. This role requires a thorough understanding of anodizing and plating processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed Ability to read machining drawings and calculate surface area of machined parts of different shapes and sizes Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing Ability to troubleshoot and critically review plating and anodizing processes Remove parts from rack or bar after processing Heat treating Able to work independently Sand Blasting Parts Quality control of finished parts Be very detail oriented Efficient and able to work independently Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed
