AOD Counselor - CPST Service Provider 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Logan, OH 43138 Full-time Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. 128 reviews Full-time Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking an AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) CPST Provider to join our Logan, OH Behavioral Health team. As a CPST Provider , you will be responsible for providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Services to severely and persistently mentally ill clients as well as AOD dependent individuals in the Gallia service area. Specifically including evaluation/assessment of client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences; participate in the development of an individualized treatment plan based on appropriate level of care; provide individual intervention and assistance and support during crisis situations; maintains relevant documentation; and assists in the development of discharge/transition plans. What do we look for in our CPST Providers?? HS Diploma or Equivalent Associates Degree in chemical dependency or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Licensure through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board is preferred AOD experience and/or experience in the Adult Mental Health field is preferred. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families. Good verbal and written communication skills A valid driver's license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation.
