AP Clerk

Summary:

Compiles, classifies, records, verifies, and maintains data and payments to accounts by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Reviews invoices and vouchers for validity, coding and approval to pay Codes and enters all centralized invoices and vouchers for payment Generates and processes weekly check runs Generates and processes emergency check runs Answers all vendor inquiries, analyzes vendor accounts and reconciles vendor statements Maintains all accounts payable files Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks Assists with special projects, as assigned Other duties may be assigned

Salary/Wage/Benefits:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE •Benefits include 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision.•
