Salary:

$70K-$80K We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP function in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, improving processes, and developing strong teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff in a high-volume environment Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and internal controls Manage vendor relationships and support month-end close activities Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of management or supervisory experience within Accounts Payable Prior experience in manufacturing and logistics environments required Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong communication and relationship-building skills Process improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional looking to make an impact within a growing organization. #
