Job Description

About Us:
Our team is dedicated to providing residents with a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Community Porter to join our team and help keep our communities looking their best.
Position Summary:
The Community Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property. This role supports the maintenance and management teams to ensure residents and guests enjoy a clean and attractive communities.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Curb Appeal:
Rotate between designated properties to maintain the pristine appearance of landscapes, breezeways, and amenities.
Independent Management:
Follow a daily site schedule to ensure all locations receive consistent care and attention.
Waste & Hygiene Oversight:
Execute debris removal and ensure trash enclosures, laundry facilities and other common areas are sanitary at every stop.
Preservation & Care:
Perform routine upkeep including power washing, breezy-way sweeping, and minor paint touch-ups as needed per site.
Strategic Reporting:
Act as a proactive steward—identifying and reporting safety hazards, lighting issues, or maintenance needs to the Property Manager via our mobile reporting system.
Resource Readiness:
Transport necessary tools and light supplies between locations, ensuring you are equipped for the day's tasks.
Site Clearing & Transition:
Maintain property standards by promptly removing bulk furniture and heavy debris from vacated units and breezeways, ensuring the community remains clutter-free while assisting with interior touch-up painting as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable Transportation (Required): Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid Driver's License to travel between property sites daily.
Self-Starter:
Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively without constant direct supervision.
Physical Stamina:
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The "Details"
Mindset:
You notice the small things—a flickering light, a loose handrail, or a stray piece of litter—and take action.
Communication:
A professional demeanor for interacting with diverse teams and residents across different communities.
Base Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
