Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Leasing Consultant for a new community located in Riverside Village and become the welcoming face of our property! In this energetic role, you will drive leasing activities, foster positive relationships with prospective residents, and ensure a seamless rental experience. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help showcase our community's best features, while your attention to detail guarantees compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend sales expertise with property management knowledge, making a tangible difference in residents' lives every day. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct property tours to highlight community amenities and apartment features Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Promote available units through upselling techniques, emphasizing benefits aligned with client needs Process lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Maintain detailed records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite, including data entry, filing, and updating tenant files Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep and address resident concerns promptly Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and current tenants to foster strong customer relationships and encourage renewals or referrals Skills Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Legal administrative experience related to lease contracts, landlord-tenant law, and fair housing compliance Demonstrated sales aptitude with effective negotiation skills and upselling techniques Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and contract management Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within an office environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of property maintenance processes and facilities management principles Join us in creating a vibrant community where residents feel valued!
