What You'll Be Doing:

Completing service requests efficiently and with attention to detail Performing apartment turns, ensuring units are move-in ready Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.) Maintaining a clean, professional work environment Delivering excellent service and communication with residents and team members ✅

What We're Looking For:

Previous apartment maintenance or relevant industry experience
