Schedule:

Monday

• Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks Full Time
• Year Round work.

No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

• $18.00
• 21.00 an hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications :

2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening. Valid driver's license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. Equal Opportunity Employer
