Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain community appearance Detailed completion of apartment turnovers On-call rotation for emergency maintenance several times annually

Qualifications and Skills Qualifications:

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Motivated, deadline, and detail-oriented Knowledgeable in HVAC (certification preferred), appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance at all times 1+ year(s) in multi-family residential apartment maintenance.
