Apartment Maintenance Technician - Scottsboro, AL We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of a residential apartment community in Scottsboro, AL. This position is ideal for someone with previous maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain a safe and well-kept property environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair duties throughout the apartment community Complete work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance Assist with maintaining community appearance and quality standards Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine repair solutions Support apartment turns and prepare units for new residents Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repair tasks Work closely with management to maintain property standards Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of verifiable maintenance experience required Previous apartment, property, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred HVAC certification and hands-on HVAC experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, move, and perform physical maintenance duties as needed
