St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center , located in Manchester, NH, is a 51-bed skilled nursing facility providing both short- and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment tailored to each resident's individual needs. We are proud to be part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care and to have earned the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award for overall satisfaction. As an Apartment Manager , you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents. This position supports Bishop Primeau Apartments , a community of 25 spacious private residences located adjacent to St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. While offering the services, amenities, and activities of larger senior living communities, Bishop Primeau stands out for its close-knit, personalized atmosphere. We are currently seeking a full-time Apartment Manager to join our team.
