Duties Safely operate a box truck (non-commercial driver's license required) to deliver appliances to residential locations. Unload appliances carefully, ensuring no damage occurs during transit or installation. Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and safety standards. Conduct basic appliance repairs and troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration, electrical components, or mechanical systems. Assemble appliances and related equipment efficiently, ensuring proper setup for optimal operation. Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs on appliances in the field. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair or service technician roles. Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC principles, and electrical troubleshooting. Prior experience in delivery driving or field service work is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics for appliance assembly and repair.
