Five days a week including Saturdays, no Sundays About Us Saddleback Appliances is a locally owned appliance retailer dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and premium home appliance solutions. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Associate to join our team. Position Summary The Appliance Sales Associate assists customers with selecting home appliances that best fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, sales-driven, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits for major home appliances
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and purchase documentation
  • Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service
  • Stay informed about current products, promotions, and manufacturer programs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Comply with company policies and applicable California employment laws
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Appliance, kitchen, or home improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent
