What You Will Be Doing:

Defining accessibility standards, consulting with development teams about improving accessibility, and providing surge support to the development teams as needed. Using User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) skills to design and shape Human Centered Design (HCD) products and experiences. Creating and designing web elements that optimize user interaction and experience. Collaborating to define solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Implementing solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Identifying design problems and devising solutions. Implementing user friendly solutions to simplify complex design roadblocks. Building wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Managing and tracking requirements through the team's JIRA site. Implementing customer design standards and creating templates for reuse. Supporting user experience and user interface enhancement requirements. Assessing, monitoring, developing, reporting, and coordinating a comprehensive accessibility program plan for the office. Tracking of various accessibility improvement activities Recommending future initiatives. Developing enhanced testing producers.
