Applications Lab Coordinator Bosa Staffing Solutions, LLC Monrovia, CA Job Details Full-time $24 - $27 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer service Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description Position Summary The Application Laboratory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for daily application lab activities. This position serves as a central point of contact for lab operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer samples, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Receive, document, and track incoming customer samples. Enter, update, and maintain case information within Salesforce. Assist with scheduling case due dates by coordinating lab, equipment, and personnel availability. Prepare, package, and ship completed applications through FedEx and other shipping providers. Maintain and update the department calendar, including vacations, holidays, customer visits, and system buyoffs. Monitor handout sample inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed. Manage laboratory inventory, including BP40 supplies and lab assets. Coordinate customer and vendor lab visits, including hospitality arrangements such as lunches, beverages, and snacks. Organize and support company and departmental events, including sales meetings and group functions. Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and SDS requirements. Provide general administrative support to the application lab team. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Experience with scheduling or workflow management systems is preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and note-taking abilities. Positive attitude with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support, coordination, or customer-facing role preferred. Experience working in laboratory, technical, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
