Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members Create a fun and engaging learning environmentQualifications:
Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or a related field Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others Why Join Us?
