Appointment Coordinator - Okemos Design Center

Objective:

Maximize sales and profitability by generating leads and scheduling appointments for the installed sales and service department.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the general public Experience in the home improvement industry Proficient computer and phone skills Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads until appointments are set Confirm appointments with prospects Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Assist Design Center visitors, demonstrate products, and guide to appropriate sales channels Schedule in-home consultations Maintain Design Center appearance Record prospect information accurately Schedule appointments efficiently Ability to cover Okemos and Saginaw design centers 1-2 times per week (Mileage reimbursement) Meet or exceed lead generation targets Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

Work primarily in an office environment Minimal physical effort required Typical call center hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Team members are scheduled within these hours of operation. Travel to other design centers 1-2 days per week (mileage reimbursement) Applicants living in or near Okemos, Mi, are strongly encouraged to apply

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED) College courses in marketing, communications, or business preferred

Commute Requirement:

Must be able to commute to the Davison, Okemos and/or Saginaw regularly
