This role is a key connector between iCRYO Plantation and our leads, current members, and past guests. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness. As a brand ambassador in this role, you will be responsible for timely lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, member retention outreach, and reporting — all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care that reflects iCRYO's mission to elevate quality of life. Primary Responsibilities1. Lead Follow-Up Respond to new inbound leads promptly Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads through the sales funnel Log all outreach activity, outcomes, and next steps in Go High Level (GHL) Maintain consistent and professional communication that reflects iCRYO's brand standards 2. Appointment Setting Schedule consultations and service appointments for new and returning guests via Zenoti Manage reschedules and cancellations efficiently and with a positive guest experience Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure scheduling alignment 3. Reporting & Analytics Track appointment show rates, booking trends, and follow-up outcomes Report key performance metrics to management on a defined schedule (daily/weekly) Identify gaps in the lead pipeline and flag opportunities for improvement 4. Member Retention Proactively reach out to lapsed or at-risk members to re-engage and retain their membership Follow up with past guests who have not returned within a defined timeframe Support membership renewal conversations and escalate to management when appropriate Build genuine relationships with members to foster long-term loyalty to iCRYO Plantation 5. Team Communication & Coordination Participate in daily Slack check-ins and maintain responsiveness throughout shift Collaborate with the team on active promotions and monthly offers to support outreach messaging Relay feedback from leads and members to management to inform service and marketing decisions Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or appointment setting role Proficiency with Zenoti (scheduling/POS), Go High Level (CRM/pipeline management), and Slack (team communication) Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with basic reporting, data tracking, and interpreting performance metrics Reliable, punctual, and committed to team communication standards Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iCRYO's service offerings (cryotherapy, IV infusion, body sculpting, peptide therapy, and more) Background in wellness, health, spa, or medical spa environments Experience with CRM platforms and structured lead nurturing workflows Bilingual communication skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits iCRYO Plantation offers a competitive compensation package structured to reward performance: Base Pay Hourly or salary rate (details provided upon offer) Performance Bonus Tied to appointments booked, show rate, lead-to-conversion rate, and/or retention outreach outcomes Perks Access to iCRYO services and wellness benefits (details provided upon offer) Work Environment & Schedule Schedule aligned with lead activity windows and center operating hours In-person, remote, or hybrid arrangement to be confirmed upon hiring Must be available to monitor and respond to leads during assigned shift hours Daily communication and check-ins conducted via
