Job Description:

Latta Construction & Remodeling LLC is seeking multiple motivated and reliable Construction Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with general labor experience who is looking to build a long-term career in construction and remodeling. You'll work alongside skilled professionals and gain hands-on experience in a variety of residential and commercial projects, including roofing, siding, flooring, and tile work.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily construction and remodeling tasks Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform general labor duties such as demolition, site cleanup, and material handling Assist with roofing, siding installation, flooring, and tile work Support carpentry, framing, drywall, and finishing work as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site Take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications:

Previous general labor or construction experience preferred Experience with roofing, siding, flooring, or tile work is a plus Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
