WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

… Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy diesel equipment and mobile machinery Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety Safely utilize tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop systems in compliance with company procedures Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to a safe, organized work area

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

… 1-5 years of experience OR trade/technical school background Demonstrated interest in heavy diesel mechanics, equipment maintenance, or a related skilled trade Reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused Clean, valid driver's license required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Strong attention to safety, quality, and following established procedures Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others Capability to perform physical work, including lifting and working around heavy equipment Willingness and ability to learn technical procedures and pursue certification
