Responsibilities Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes and fixtures. Support welding activities and basic mechanical tasks related to plumbing systems. Participate in remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks to enhance your practical skills. Help with pipe threading, fitting, and connecting pipes according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience No prior professional experience is required; however, candidates with construction site experience or handyman skills are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of construction plumbing, schematics reading, HVAC systems, carpentry, or mechanical knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and assembly techniques will give you an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in remodeling or maintenance work can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
