• Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower installations
• Remove old tubs and showers
• Help install new premium Jacuzzi systems
• Learn plumbing connections, carpentry, and finish work
• Work inside customers' homes delivering a clean finished product
• Keep job sites organized and professional What We're Looking For
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working with tools and hands on projects
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Construction or trades experience is helpful but not required What We Offer
