Aquatics Director Clubs at River City Peoria, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Pool maintenance Teaching Full Job Description Experienced director / instructor for learn-to-swim program and non-competitive swim team Organize and implement high quality, student-focused swim lessons Supervise, schedule and train staff Ensure a consistent, safe and enjoyable experience for students Ability to teach and improve stroke work. Create lesson plans and student evaluations. Establish and maintain positive, customer focused relationships with students and families. Must have CPR and lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain) and pass DCFS background check Experience in basic pool maintenance preferred Great opportunity for a leader with entrepreneur-like skillset to grow the program
