Job Description

Accounts Receivable Analyst Our client, a fast-paced and growing organization, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships with customers, and improving cash flow processes within a collaborative accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and account issues Perform daily cash application and reconcile customer payments accurately Prepare aging reports and assist with collection efforts to reduce outstanding balances Partner with internal departments and external clients to address payment inquiries Analyze AR trends and identify opportunities to improve collection processes and cash flow Assist with month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and reporting Maintain accurate customer account records within the ERP/accounting system Support audits and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Experience working within ERP/accounting systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Apply?
