Arcade Supervisor

Summary :

iPlay America is a premier Indoor Theme Park with two full-service restaurants and an event facility. We are currently seeking a highly skilled, extremely motivated, Arcade Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing and supervising the Arcade team during business hours including, revenue, safety, game operations, financial, guest services, inventory controls and merchandising. Responsibility of all aspects surrounding the oversight of the Arcade, including participation in training, team member placement, evaluations, developing and coaching procedures with respect to upselling, promotions, coupons, and cash controls. Assisting with the overall maintenance and programming of all cranes and games. Inspecting work areas to assess workflow, waste issues, and sanitation conditions, and make corrections and adjustments as needed. Direct monitoring of line speeds, performance, downtime and quality at manager's specified frequency. Constantly monitoring employee practices, and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, re-training employees, and/or recommending disciplinary action as needed. The required schedule for this position includes nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons . Pay:
