About Us Group 3 Designs is an Architectural and Interior Design firm with 35 plus years of service based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina specializing in luxury, high-end residential projects. We are currently seeking a Project Architect who shares our passion for excellence and thoughtful design to join our collaborative team and grow within our firm. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, demonstrating proficiency in various design software and construction processes. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all projects meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards. Duties Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural drawings. Oversee construction management activities, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct budgeting and construction estimating to ensure financial feasibility of projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards during all phases of the project. Provide guidance on interior design elements to enhance the overall aesthetic of the project. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry. Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit Strong skills in budgeting and construction estimating. Knowledge of interior design principles is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
