Licensed Architect Job Description Aerotek is looking for a licensed Architect to join our team in Waukesha County. The successful candidate must have experience with Multifamily, industrial, & commercial projects, including Type III and Type I construction. A minimum of 2 years of experience is also required. We are hiring for a team of successful professionals working in a friendly fun environment of a wide variety of projects ranging from custom homes to Hotels and hire-rise residential buildings. This position will be offered to an individual who is ready to be a part of a team, has strong communication skills, has proven knowledge of Building Codes, and has experience in conducting plan checks. Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Responsibilities Review drawings, sketches, and specifications to coordinate and prepare instructions for fabricators. Set up, operate, and maintain woodworking machines and stationary equipment such as planers, edgebanders, joiners, wide belt sanders, and saws. Set up, operate, and maintain hand routers and electric and pneumatic hand tools. Perform hands-on milling, CNC work, assembly, and finishing. Demonstrate knowledge of wood species and grades, plywoods, veneer, laminate, particle boards, plastics, metals, adhesive, fasteners, and hardware. Ensure high accuracy in work and strong attention to detail to meet quality control standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
