Responsibilities Convert legacy 2D AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and building layouts into coordinated 3D Revit models in accordance with established Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards. Develop, organize, and maintain Revit models including architectural elements, rooms and spaces, levels, grids, and building components. Transfer and validate data from 2D drawings into Revit, ensuring accuracy of geometry, room boundaries, departments, square footage, volumes, and spatial relationships. Create and maintain Revit schedules, including room and space schedules, department and area summaries, door and window schedules, room finishes, square footage and volume calculations, and furniture/equipment schedules. Maintain Revit views, sheets, and documentation sets to support design development, facility planning, and construction activities. Update architectural models to reflect renovations, remodels, as-built conditions, and ongoing facility changes, ensuring models remain current and reliable. Coordinate architectural models with structural, electrical, mechanical, and process disciplines to support interdisciplinary coordination and identify conflicts. Support facility planning and space management efforts by providing accurate model data, schedules, reports, and visualizations. Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes. Produce drawings, schedules, and model views for reviews, approvals, and decision-making by architects, engineers, and facility stakeholders. Conduct site visits as required to verify existing conditions, perform field measurements, document discrepancies, and incorporate field-verified information into Revit models. Maintain accurate furniture, workstation, production table, and equipment layouts through ongoing updates and field verification. Maintain required training, follow safety requirements, and work professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Autodesk Revit certification preferred. Construction or facilities-related background preferred. Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit required. Knowledge of architectural drafting principles, design techniques, and BIM workflows. Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and building systems. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and mathematical skills.
