Job Description

A growing architectural firm is seeking an experienced Arizona Registered Architect to join its team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage multiple architectural projects while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously from design through construction documentation Produce and oversee detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases Attend and lead owner/client meetings while providing project updates and design coordination Review project progress and ensure timelines, quality standards, and project requirements are met Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markups, coordination, and project communication Support design development, permitting, and construction administration activities as needed
Required Qualifications:
Registered Architect in the State of Arizona with a minimum of 5 years of registration experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Bluebeam Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced architectural environment Strong understanding of construction documentation, project coordination, and architectural workflows Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, clients, and project teams
