Job Description
A nationally recognized architecture firm with decades of experience in educational facility design is expanding their team and --thanks to consistently winning new work-- is hiring a Project Manager to join its teams in Berkeley and Folsom. ResponsibilitiesOversee Project Architect to ensure quality construction documentsReport to Client Executive/ Principal ArchitectLead project delivery efforts for K-12 school facilities, including elementary, middle, and high schools.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget across all phases-- from early planning through construction administration.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to develop project milestones and ensure timely execution.
Oversee quality control and interdisciplinary coordination throughout design and documentation.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the evolution of the firm's educational design standards. Qualifications7+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on educational or public sector projects.
Professional degree in Architecture or related field; licensure preferred.
Strong understanding of K-12 design principles, educational planning, and school construction processes.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes relevant to educational facilities.
Package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary.

BenefitsCompetitive salary range:
$89,000 - $134,800 annually, commensurate with experience.Package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary.
