We are currently seeking a Job Captain to join our team in Costa Mesa! Responsibilities Preparation of Construction Documents BIM model management and content creation Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to attain project approvals Construction administration (review of RFI's and Submittals) Coordination of design and documentation with junior team members Candidate Qualities Ability to guide and work with a team Positive approach, deadline aware and detail oriented Ability to convey digital design concepts and methods to team members Proactive approach and use of new digital design tools Experience & Technical Skills 5+ years of professional experience in educational design and construction In-depth knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Experience with DSA and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction Working knowledge of the CBC and Title 5 Experience in construction administration Education & Credentials Architectural associate degree or bachelor's is preferred LEED BD+C or WELL certification is preferred.
