Job Description

An award-winning, design-led architecture and interiors studio is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its growing Los Angeles team. This is an opportunity to join a highly creative and collaborative studio delivering sophisticated workplace, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects for some of the most recognised brands and companies in the world. The studio is known for combining exceptional design sensibility with strong technical execution and a highly people-focused culture. The ideal candidate will be a confident architect with strong technical and delivery capability, excellent design instincts, and the ability to lead projects from concept through construction in collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and clients. This role would suit someone who enjoys fast-paced, highly creative project environments and takes pride in producing thoughtful, well-executed architecture and interiors.
Key responsibilities:
Leading projects from concept through construction Coordinating consultants, clients, and internal design teams Producing and overseeing construction documentation Supporting project delivery, technical detailing, and QA/QC Managing project schedules, coordination, and permitting processes Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles Mentoring and supporting junior staff
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience Strong commercial interiors and/or workplace project experience Excellent technical design and detailing ability Experience leading teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects Strong Revit proficiency Knowledge of California building codes and permitting Strong presentation and communication skills Experience across hospitality, retail, or core & shell work is a plus The studio offers a highly collaborative environment, exciting and design-driven projects, flexible working, strong benefits, and genuine opportunities for growth and leadership.
