Job Description

We're looking for a Licensed Architect who's ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping the built environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team that values good design, smart problem-solving, and thoughtful execution —from first sketch through construction. If you enjoy balancing design vision with technical excellence , mentoring others, and working closely with clients, this role offers both creative fulfillment and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Lead projects from concept through construction , ensuring design intent is carried through every phase Translate client goals into thoughtful, buildable design solutions Drive the production of high-quality construction documents and coordinate across disciplines Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes Manage schedules, budgets, and scope while maintaining design integrity Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented studio culture Participate in pursuits, proposals, and presentations that help grow the practice What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Active architectural license 7+ years of professional experience with a proven ability to lead projects Strong design sensibility paired with solid technical knowledge Proficiency in Revit and other design/documentation tools Working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction practices Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving
