We're a well-respected and prestigious architecture design development firm based in Orange County, CA with 7+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications:

Parking structure experience Bachelor of Architecture Revit Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus

Responsibilities:

Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Certification). Responsible for production of Construction Documents. Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget. Coordinate design with consultants and architectural team. Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on team. Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients.
