This role is ideal for a design-driven architect who brings a refined sensibility to interiors, understands luxury hospitality standards, and can lead projects from concept through execution while maintaining design integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of hospitality interiors projects , including high-end residential and resort work Translate design concepts into highly resolved, buildable solutions Oversee project development across all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients Maintain a strong focus on materiality, detailing, and spatial experience Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio-wide design culture Coordinate with contractors and support construction administration efforts Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors Demonstrated experience with high-end residential and/or resort projects Licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred Strong design portfolio showcasing refined interiors and detailing Skills & Tools Proficiency in Revit (required) Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong graphic communication and presentation skills High level of attention to detail and material understanding Why Join Cavagnero Work on design-driven, high-profile projects with lasting cultural impact Collaborate within a tight-knit, design-focused studio environment Opportunity to bring a hospitality lens into a firm known for architectural excellence Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Life and disability insurance Health club membership
