WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead high-end custom residential projects from concept through construction Work directly with clients and consultants Guide design direction and mentor junior team members Collaborate in small teams (typically 2-3 people per project) Stay deeply connected to design while maintaining project leadership Gain exposure to firm strategy and long-term business planning

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed architect with 8 or more years of professional experience Strong residential design and technical execution skills Proficiency in ArchiCAD and construction documentation Demonstrated experience leading projects and client relationships Interest in long-term leadership development within a boutique firm
SALARY AND BENEFITS
