Miami, FL Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 | Full-Time | Miami, Florida The Opportunity We are working exclusively with a well-established interior architecture firm based in Miami, FL, who are looking to add a talented and confident Architectural Designer or Project Architect to their growing team. This is a role for someone who is ready to take genuine ownership of projects and client relationships, not just execute on a brief, but lead it. If you thrive in a client-facing environment, can run projects independently from concept through to completion, and want to be part of a studio doing meaningful workplace and commercial design in one of the most exciting cities in the US, this could be the right move for you. The Role You will sit at the heart of the studio, taking responsibility for a portfolio of workplace and commercial interior projects across the full project lifecycle. You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients directly, manage project timelines and consultant teams, and deliver high-quality design outcomes with real attention to detail. Day to day, you can expect to be involved in: Leading projects from concept design through to construction administration Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each project Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Producing and reviewing construction documents in Revit Contributing to business development conversations and client presentations Mentoring junior designers within the studio About You You will be a mid-senior level designer with a strong portfolio of workplace and commercial interior projects. More than anything, the team is looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware, and capable of running the room in a client meeting. To be considered you should have: 6 to 10 years of experience in architecture or interior design, with a focus on workplace or commercial interiors A Bachelor or Master of Architecture (BArch or MArch) Strong proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite A proven track record of managing projects and client relationships independently Experience in construction administration Excellent communication and presentation skills Florida licensure or eligibility to obtain it is advantageous Why Miami? The Package Base salary:
