Job Description

Lead Project Architect / Project Manager — Design-Build | Central Florida We're a Florida-based Design-Build firm integrating architecture and construction under one roof — and we're growing. We're looking for a licensed Senior Project Architect / Project Manager ready to take real ownership: of projects, of client relationships, and of sector growth in Central Florida. You'll work directly alongside construction leadership in a true design-build environment, participating in preconstruction, budgeting, and GMP development. You'll also play an active role in business development: proposals, presentations, and building lasting relationships with developers and owners. Beyond projects, you'll mentor internal teams and help shape the firm's growth in: Multifamily & Mixed-Use Retail & Hospitality Senior Living Residential Development Who You Are Licensed Architect (Florida license or ability to obtain) 5-10 years of progressive experience, leading projects independently Strong construction administration background Proficient in Revit / BIM Comfortable with permitting, entitlements, and public review processes Personable, client-facing, and ownership-minded Organized, deadline-driven, and a proactive problem solver Big pluses: construction background, business development experience, multifamily or hospitality project history, existing developer relationships, or an interest in AI-driven design workflows.
